Immitra Bio receives CHF 150,000 from Venture Kick to advance in vivo stem cell therapy

Immitra Bio GmbH has secured CHF 150,000 in Venture Kick Stage III funding to develop a new treatment approach for rare genetic diseases. The ETH Zürich spin-off is developing an in-vivo stem cell therapy platform that aims to replace complex transplants with a single off-the-shelf treatment, initially targeting severe inherited red blood cell disorders. With the Stage III funding, Immitra Bio will advance preclinical proof of concept studies, validate its in-vivo stem cell therapy platform, and demonstrate disease reversal in relevant models.
